From the beginning, Afinia Dental was created with our patients in mind. We exist for the purpose of serving... our patients, our community and in the context of dental missions and impoverished environments... the world.
How do we serve our patients?

- Convenience – We have listened to our patients, and we know that most dental offices make it difficult for you to be seen in a timely manner, even when you are in pain or have a cosmetic embarrassment. With early-morning, evening, and weekend hours, as well as walk-in emergency appointments, we make getting the care you need as convenient for you as possible.
How do we serve our community?
- Participate – Our dentists engage in the Donated Dental Services (DDS) program, which is a collaborative, direct way that the dental profession reaches out to individuals with special needs.
- Volunteer – Afinia Dental offers "Afinia Day" once per year, which gives anyone the opportunity to receive urgent care dentistry, free of charge with only a few questions asked.
- Provide –We’re proud to offer the Mission Dental Plan, designed for those who don't have dental insurance. It provides dental care and preventive care for you and your family at drastically reduced prices.
How do we serve the World?
- Third World Missions – Dr. Killgore and Dr. Shaftel doctors share the common vision of giving back their services on Third World Missions. Whether traveling to areas previously visited, which include Uganda, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic, or giving back locally, we believe that it is our responsibility to serve others through our profession.
